Water pollution and eutrophication pose serious threats to public health, biodiversity, and livelihoods. Through our Water for Life initiative, Roof Federation focuses on rejuvenating polluted ponds, lakes, drains, and water bodies using algae-based bioremediation (phycoremediation).

Our approach uses selected micro-algae consortia that naturally oxygenate water, reduce pollutants, control foul odour, and support aquatic life—without the use of toxic or inorganic chemicals.
